A valid CNIC or passport matching the booking details is required from every guest at check-in. An advance payment is required to confirm a room booking; your room is locked in once that payment is confirmed. We accept cash on-site, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash unless otherwise stated.
Bookings for the Outdoor Lawn & Fire Pit Courtyard, Executive Meeting Hall, Crescent Grove Café & Lounge, or a Full Complex Buyout follow the same identification and payment principles. A security deposit, where charged, is refundable subject to the venue being returned undamaged and any catering add-ons being paid in full.

No smoking indoors. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, venue, or property beyond normal wear and tear, and will be charged for repair or replacement.
