Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 5-7 business days of an approved cancellation.
Event bookings (Outdoor Lawn & Fire Pit Courtyard, Executive Meeting Hall, Café & Lounge, or a Full Complex Buyout) may carry a different cancellation window given catering and staffing commitments made in advance — this will be stated at the time of booking. As a default: cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are fully refundable minus any non-recoverable catering costs already committed; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Where a security deposit was collected for a venue booking, it is refunded in full after the event, provided the space is returned without damage beyond normal wear and tear and all catering/add-on charges have been settled.
